Make the chia pudding by combining Chia Seeds (60 gram), Almond Milk (210 gram) and Vanilla Extract (1 1/4 teaspoon) in the jug.
Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 3. Pour into a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes.
Add the Frozen Mixed Berries (100 gram), Dragon Fruit (145), Banana (160 gram), Almond Butter (30 gram), Coconut Chips (to taste), Fresh Mint Leaves (4), and Water (55 gram) in the jug and blend for 1 minute on Speed 7.
Divide berry and dragon fruit mixture between two glasses and top with chia pudding.
Decorate with extra chopped dragon fruit, coconut chips, a drizzle of honey and mint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
