Step 1
Make the chia pudding by combining
Chia Seeds (1/3 cup)

Almond Milk (7.5 oz)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1 1/4 tsp)
in the blender.
Step 2
Mix for 20 seconds on Speed 3. Pour into a bowl and set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the
Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 cup)
,
Dragon Fruits (3/4 cup)
,
Bananas (1 cup)
,
Almond Butter (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Coconut Chips (to taste)
,
Fresh Mint Leaves (4)
, and
Water (2 oz)
into the blender and blend for 1 minute on Speed 7.
Step 4
Divide berry and dragon fruit mixture between two glasses and top with chia pudding.
Step 5
Decorate with extra chopped dragon fruit, coconut chips, a drizzle of honey and mint.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
