Chop the Fresh Cilantro (1 cup) , some stems are ok.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients together and add the juice from the Lime (1) juice and Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp) .

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
