Eggland's Best Classic Eggs
, beaten

Salt

Milk
Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) and Salt (2 tsp).
2.
Create a well in the middle, add Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), and blend with a fork.
3.
Mix together until combined. Add a small amount of Milk (2 Tbsp) if the mixture is dry.
4.
Knead until dough is smooth.
5.
Roll out dough on a floured surface, until approximately ⅛-inch thick.
6.
Slice into ¼ to ½-inch wide strips.
7.
Drop into boiling broth or soup, and cook for 4-6 minutes.
