Cooking Instructions
1.
First line the steam tray with baking paper, place the Salmon Fillets (1 cup), skin side down in the tray.
2.
Then make the herb sauce by blending the Fresh Dill (2 tsp), Chinese Chives (1 tsp), Fresh Parsley (2 tsp), and Olive Oil (3 1/3 Tbsp) on speed 5 for 50 seconds.

Pour it all over the salmon and set aside to marinate while you begin cooking the Brown Rice (1 1/3 cups). Do not clean the jug.
4.
Place the Water (5 cups) in the jug, then pour the rice into the basket and place into the jug. Cook for 27 minutes on Varoma speed 3.
5.
Then place the tray on top of the jug and steam the salmon for 7 minutes on Varoma, speed 3.
6.
Serve the salmon with the brown rice, topped with the herb sauce. Enjoy!
