Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan or line with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients:
All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
, and
Salt (1/2 tsp)
. Whisk to combine.

In another bowl, cream together
Unsalted Butter (1 cup)
and
Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (1 1/2 cups)
. Add
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
and
Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
and continue to cream until well combined.

Beat in
Eggs (2)
, one at a time. Add
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Then, with the mixer on low, add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Press ½ to ⅔ of the mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly spread
Grape Jelly (1 1/2 cups)
over crust.
6.
Scatter remaining crust over top of jelly and top with
Dry Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup)
. Place in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until top is golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
