Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2.
Stretch the Pizza Dough (1 lb) to roughly 11 X 16 inches or the size of a Silpat half-sheet liner. Make sure the Silpat is on a metal baking sheet.
3.
Thinly slice the Grated Parmesan Cheese (13 oz) and cover the pizza dough with the cheese, leaving at the most a ½-inch border. If you go out to the edge with the cheese, do not worry. The parmesan will not spread out very much, if at all.
4.
Cut the Bartlett Pears (3) in half, remove the core and thinly slice the pears. Layer the pear slices over the cheese, overlapping the pears as you go. Drizzle Honey (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) over the pizza.
5.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 min.
6.
Allow the pizza to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
