Cut the Banana (1) into small pieces and put them in a container, then rest it in a freezer overnight.
The next day, boil the Pumpkin (1 cup). Make a puree from the boiled pumpkin in a bowl.
Cut the pumpkin's head and start digging the inside using a spoon.
In a bowl, whisk together the Soy Milk (2 cup), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup), and Chia Seeds (2 tablespoon). Place in fridge for 1 hour.
Mix the Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (70 gram) and the Silken Tofu (70 gram). Knead with your hand until the dough becomes smooth. If the mixture is too try, add a little tofu till the dough is just right.
Take 1/4 of the dough and knead again with Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 tablespoon). The color of brown turns darker after boiling, so no need to put too much cocoa powder.
Start crafting! When attaching eyes to the face, make sure the dough is sticky enough to stick together, otherwise, they might fall apart when boiling.

Pick them up from the hot water and drain.
Keep the boiled sprites in fresh water while you work on the smoothie next!
