Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the
Banana (1)
into small pieces and put them in a container, then rest it in a freezer overnight.

The next day, boil the
Pumpkins (1 cup)
. Make a puree from the boiled pumpkin in a bowl.

Cut the pumpkin's head and start digging the inside using a spoon.

In a bowl, whisk together the
Soy Milk (2 cups)
,
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)
, and
Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp)
. Place in fridge for 1 hour.

Mix the
Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (1/2 cup)
and the
Silken Tofu (1/4 cup)
. Knead with your hand until the dough becomes smooth. If the mixture is too try, add a little tofu till the dough is just right.

Take 1/4 of the dough and knead again with
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3 Tbsp)
. The color of brown turns darker after boiling, so no need to put too much cocoa powder.

Start crafting! When attaching eyes to the face, make sure the dough is sticky enough to stick together, otherwise, they might fall apart when boiling.
8.
Drop the sprites gently in boiling water with a low heat, and cook them until they float. It should take around 5 minutes. When they start to float that means they are ready to be picked up!
9.
Pick them up from the hot water and drain.
10.
Keep the boiled sprites in fresh water while you work on the smoothie next!

Put the soaked oats ingredients in the fridge, pumpkin puree,
Maple Syrup (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp)
,
Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
, and frozen bananas all into a blender, then blend it until all mixture is combined. Should take around 2-3 minutes.
12.
Pour the smoothie into the pumpkin treys.
13.
Add the sprites to the smoothies and you're done!
