Peel and slice the
Sweet Potatoes (6 2/3 cups)
and put them into a bowl.
Garlic (3 cloves)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp)
Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
Use two spoons to toss the potatoes and mix the ingredients.
Arrange the sweet potato pieces into a casserole dish lightly greased with cooking spray.
Whipping Cream (1 1/4 cups)
over all of the sweet potato pieces.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Put the sweet potatoes in the oven for about an hour or until the sweet potatoes are nice and tender.
