Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine Banana (1) , Eggs (2) , and Nut Milk (2 cups) .
Step 2
In a separate bowl combine Buckwheat Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Raw Cacao Powder (2/3 cup) , and Baking Powder (1/3 cup) . Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.
Step 3
Melt Coconut Oil (as needed) on a large skillet or pan over medium/high heat. Place mold onto the pan and pour 1/4 cup batter into a mold or less if your mold is smaller. Flip immediately once bubbles form.
Step 4
Enjoy with warmed Coconut Butter (to taste) , Bananas (to taste) , and Ground Cinnamon (to taste) .
