Preheat the broiler and set an oven rack on the second-highest rack. Line a baking sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil and grease with the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

In a bowl large enough to hold all of the ingredients, beat the Egg (1). Add the Fresh Baby Spinach (2 3/4 cups), Scallion (1 bunch), and Garlic (3 cloves) and stir until evenly combined.

Add the 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey (1.3 lb), Italian Turkey Sausages (1.3 lb), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup), Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 cup) and Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 cup). Using your hands, mix until evenly combined.
