Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Butterfly the Chicken Breast (2) to make fillets.
Step 2
Dip each fillet into the All-Purpose Flour (as needed) and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Do not fry it until golden brown, just until it gets white or a bit brown.
Step 3
In another deep pan add the juice of a Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Lemon (1). Then optionally add half a container of Orange (3) and 1-2 tsp of Chicken Stock (as needed). Then season it with Salt (to taste) and All-Purpose Flour (as needed) and stir everything up.
Step 4
Add the chicken and cook everything on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
