Add in Banana (1), Fresh Strawberry (1 cup), Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup), Sunflower Seed Butter (1 tablespoon), Flaxseed Meal (1 tablespoon), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cup), and Ice (to taste).
Blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
