Cooking Instructions

Pour Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (3/4 cup) into a blender.

Add in Banana (1) , Fresh Strawberries (1 cup) , Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup) , Sunflower Seed Butter (1 tbsp) , Flaxseed Meal (1 tbsp) , Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups) , and Ice (to taste) .

Blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
