Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Place parchment paper at the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 2
Core Apple (2) halfway and make a wide opening or pocket into the apple. Remove all the seeds.
Step 3
Melt butter in microwave for 30-40 seconds. Mix the Unsalted Butter (2 1/2 teaspoon) in a small cup or bowl with Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon).
Step 4
Put the melted butter & brown sugar mixture into the apples.
Step 5
Top the apples with Lemon (1/2) and Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/4 tablespoon)
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on the size of the apple but check after 13-14 minutes. Apple should have a bit of firmness and not be mushy.
Step 7
Eat the baked apples right away for dessert. Enjoy!
