Heat Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and sauté the Onion (1/4 cup) in a pan over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add Sweet Potato (1) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Preheat your broiler to high. Add the Cayenne Pepper (to taste), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Thyme (1/8 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Fry the Egg (4) to your liking. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
While the egg are cooking, Place the hash under the broiler for about 5 minutes until potatoes start to brown and are crispy. Spoon onto plates and top with fried eggs. Sprinkle with Fresh Basil (2 tablespoon).
