Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and sauté the Onions (4 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add Sweet Potato (1) and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Preheat your broiler to high. Add the Cayenne Pepper (to taste), Garlic Powder (as needed), Ground Thyme (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook for 7-8 minutes.

Fry the Eggs (4) to your liking. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
