Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan whisk together Orange (1), Granulated Erythritol (50 gram), and zest of a Egg (4) and Lemon (1).
Step 2
Sift in the Corn Starch (30 gram) and whisk until combined.
Step 3
Next squeeze in the juice of an orange and slowly pour in the Oat Milk (400 milliliter), whisking constantly.
Step 4
Bring mixture to a gentle boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. You can use this cream with cakes or serve it as it is with a side of fresh fruit.
