I used Foodspring Shapeshake protein powder which has got xanthan gum in it. If you use standard protein powder, add in 3 grams of anthem powder. This stores well in your freezer for up to a week.

In a food processor blend Hazelnuts (3/4 cup) until a paste forms.

Add in the Hazelnut Protein Powder (1/3 cup) and keep blending.
