Add in the Lemon Marmalade (1/2 cup), Ghee (4 Tbsp), and Water (1/3 cup), slowly whisk those in. Next, add in the Cake Flour (1 cup), Type 2 Flour (1/3 cup), Salt (1 pinch), and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) gently folding them into the batter with a spatula.

Grease and dust with flour a cake pan of 25-cm diameter. Pour batter into the cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40 minutes or until a tooth stick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
