Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, add the Self-Rising Flour (2 cups), Brown Sugar (3/4 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Granola (1 cup). Mix everything together until well combined.

In a separate jug, add the Bananas (2), Milk (1/2 cup), Butter (5.5 oz) and Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3). Using a spoon, mix everything together.
4.
Pour the wet ingredients in the jug, to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Quickly mix everything until combined.

Divide the mixture among the holes of a loaf pan. Bake inside a preheated oven, at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), for 25 minutes
6.
After 25 minutes, take the loaf pan out of the oven and leave it for five minutes to cool down. Transfer the mini breads into a serving dish and enjoy!
