Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)

Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
, and
Granola (1 cup)
. Mix everything together until well combined.
Step 3
In a separate jug, add the
Bananas (2)
,
Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Butter (2/3 cup)
and
Eggs (3)
. Using a spoon, mix everything together
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients in the jug, to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Quickly mix everything until combined.
Step 5
Divide the mixture among the holes of a loaf pan. Bake inside a preheated oven, at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), for 25 minutes
Step 6
After 25 minutes, take the loaf pan out of the oven and leave it for five minutes to cool down. Transfer the mini breads into a serving dish and enjoy!
