Using a high speed blender, blend Milk Kefir (1 cup), Fresh Fruits (1/2 cup), Frozen Mixed Berries (1/2 cup) and Honey (4 Tbsp) until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the Chia Seeds (to taste). Serve immediately!
