In a blender or food processor, add Garlic (2 cloves), Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (1), Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (1), Adobo Sauce (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), Coconut Oil (1/2 Tbsp), Lime (1), Fresh Cilantro (1/3 cup), and Canned Chickpeas (2 Tbsp), and pulse until well combined and sauce/paste-like consistency. Add additional seasoning as desired.

Meanwhile, preheat Panini maker or grill pan on medium-low heat.

Add Harissa to cover one piece of French Bread (8 slices) for each sandwich. layer with Avocados (2), Deli Turkey (16 slices) and Muenster Cheese (4 slices).
