On a mixing bowl, mix together sift the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup). Add Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 Tbsp) together with the yeast mixture. Mix together until you get a nice sticky dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes

Shape the dough into a sausage shape, and cut it into 16 pieces. Take each piece and roll it before your hands.

Lay your bread sticks on an oven plate. Brush each bread stick with some Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), season with some Salt (1/2 tsp), and bake inside an oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
