Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a small jug, add the Water (1/2 cup) , Instant Dry Yeast (1/4 tsp) , and Granulated Sugar (1 pinch) . Stir through and set aside for about ten minutes until it is nice and firm.
Step 3
On a mixing bowl, mix together sift the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) . Add Dried Mixed Herbs (1/2 Tbsp) together with the yeast mixture. Mix together until you get a nice sticky dough.
Step 4
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes
Step 5
Shape the dough into a sausage shape, and cut it into 16 pieces. Take each piece and roll it before your hands.
Step 6
Lay your bread sticks on an oven plate. Brush each bread stick with some Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , season with some Salt (1/2 tsp) , and bake inside an oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
