Step 1
Heat stove to medium high and add the
Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp)

Step 2
Heat up each
Small Corn Tortillas (to taste)
on medium high on each side for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Place 3/4 of the
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1/4 cup)
on one tortilla,
Canned Black Beans (1 Tbsp)
,
Chicken (1/4 cup)
and
Salsa (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
Place the ¼ of the rest of the cheese on the top and put 2nd tortilla (the other one that was heated) on top.
Step 5
Wait 1 minute for the ingredients to melt together.
Step 6
Cut into quarters and serve. Enjoy!
