Step 1
Put the Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup) , Rice Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Kosher Salt (1/2 Tbsp) , and Toasted Sesame Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) in a container. Shake well until it is fully mixed.
Step 2
Fill a large salad bowl with torn Romaine Lettuce (to taste) , Persian Cucumber (1) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Celery (1 stalk) , and Chicken (1 cup) . Add dressing and toss/mix well.
Step 3
Top with Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp) , toasted Slivered Almonds (1 Tbsp) , and Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) . Enjoy!
