Put the Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup), Rice Vinegar (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Kosher Salt (1/2 tablespoon), and Toasted Sesame Oil (3/2 tablespoon) in a container. Shake well until it is fully mixed.
Fill a large salad bowl with torn Romaine Lettuce (to taste), Persian Cucumber (1), Scallion (2), Celery (1 stalk), and Chicken (1 cup). Add dressing and toss/mix well.
Top with Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro (2 tablespoon), toasted Slivered Almonds (1 tablespoon), and Toasted White Sesame Seeds (1/2 tablespoon). Enjoy!
