Step 1
Mix the Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) with 1/3 cup of All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups) .
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the Oats (3/4 cup) , the remaining flour, Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Egg (1) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , Milk (3/4 cup) , Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) , and Oil (1/4 cup) . Stir to mix.
Step 3
Fold in the blueberries.
Step 4
Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 6
Put the batter in the oven. Bake it for 20-25 minutes, or until the pick comes out clean.
Step 7
Mix the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) with the almond Almond Extract (1/2 tsp) and Milk (3 Tbsp) in a small bowl. Pour this over the warm cake then serve with fresh blueberries. Enjoy!
