Step 1
Into a large mixing bowl, add the Water (2 cups) and Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) , and give the mix a gentle stir. Add the Butter (6 1/4 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 Tbsp) and mix everything together.
Step 2
Add the All-Purpose Flour (6 cups) to the bowl, and stir it through until a nice paste forms. Then add the remaining flour while mixing the dough.
Step 3
On an even surface, roll the dough out until it is half a centimeter thick.
Step 4
Using any circular object(like a glass), cut circular pieces out from the dough
Step 5
Transfer the muffins into baking trays, and sprinkle over with some Cornmeal (to taste) . Cover the trays with a clean kitchen towel for about half an hour to allow the muffins to rise.
Step 6
When the time is almost up, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 7
Bake the muffins inside a preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Step 8
Leave the muffins on the tray for about five minutes, and transfer them to another dish or plate until they are completely cooled.
