Place the White Bread (1 slice) in a food processor to prepare homemade breadcrumbs.
Prepare one bowl with the All-Purpose Flour (15 gram) and one with the Egg (1). Combine the breadcrumbs with the Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (20 gram) in a third bowl.
Coat the Prawns (100 gram) with flour, dip in the beaten egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb and coconut mixture. Repeat with the remaining prawns.
Place the breaded coconut prawns in the Airfryer basket leaving enough space for the double layer accessory. Place the rest of the prawns on the double layer accessory and put the accessory in the basket.
Cook the prawns at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 7 minutes.
Serve the prawns warm with Sweet Chili Sauce (20 gram) or any sauce of choice.
