Step 1
Add 1 oz of juice from a
Grapefruit (1)
, 1 fl oz of juice from
Lemon (1)
,
Whiskey (1.5 fl oz)
,
Egg White (1)
, and
Maple Syrup (0.5 oz)
to your shaker and dry shake (no ice!) for 60 seconds.
Step 2
Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
Step 3
Double strain into your chilled coupe glass.
Step 4
Twist your grapefruit to release some oils, then drop it in. Top off with a few drops of your
Angostura Bitters (to taste)
and enjoy!
