Canned Oysters
1/2 cup
Cornmeal
1 pinch
1 cup
Canola Oil
2 pinches
Old Bay® Seasoning
1/4 cup
Butter , melted

Step 1
Drain Canned Oysters (1 lb) reserving the liquid in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , Cornmeal (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 pinch) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 3
Beat the Egg (1) and stir it into the batter until combined.
Step 4
In a medium pot, heat Canola Oil (1 cup) to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 5
Evenly coat the oysters in the batter and fry in batches of 4 to 6.
Step 6
Drain the oysters on paper towels.
Step 7
Sprinkle the oysters with Old Bay® Seasoning (2 pinches) while they are warm.
Step 8
Serve with Butter (1/4 cup)
