Crispy, crunchy, succulent, pop-in-your-mouth Fried Oysters. These are unique with a thicker & crispier, more flavorful batter, resulting in a crunch much like Popcorn Chicken.

Old Bay® Seasoning
Canned Oysters (1 lb)
reserving the liquid in a medium bowl.
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Cornmeal (1/2 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1 pinch)
Salt (1 pinch)
and stir it into the batter until combined.
In a medium pot, heat
Canola Oil (as needed)
to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Evenly coat the oysters in the batter and fry in batches of 4 to 6.
Drain the oysters on paper towels.
Sprinkle the oysters with
Old Bay® Seasoning (2 pinches)
while they are warm.
Butter (1/4 cup)
