To a salad bowl begin supreming the Blood Orange (6) and squeeze each to remove excess juice.
Step 2
Add Red Onion (1), Fresh Mint (1 handful), Fresh Thyme (1 teaspoon), Pistachios (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Vegan Feta Cheese (1/2 cup), if using, to the salad bowl and gently toss. Enjoy!
