Into a large mixing bowl, add the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Salt (1 pinch), Milk (1/2 cup), Water (1/2 cup) and the yeast mixture. Whisk everything together until combined. Cover the bowl with a thin film, and set aside for about an hour

On a frying pan greased with some oil spray, put egg rings(plastic or metal) and add 2 tablespoons of the dough mixture into each ring. Cook the crumpets on that side for about five minutes.
