Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Into a mixing bowl, add the Ground Beef (500 gram), Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and Salsa (2/3 cup). Using your hands mix everything together.
Cut each Puff Pastry (3) in half. Spoon the beef mixture on the edge of each half. Brush the Egg (1) over the opposite edges of the sheets.
Roll up the sheets, and cut the rolls into 4 even pieces. Brush some of the beaten egg over the rolls, and bake in a preheated oven under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), for about 25 minutes.
