Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2
Into a mixing bowl, add the Ground Beef (1.1 lb) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and Salsa (2/3 cup) . Using your hands mix everything together.
Step 3
Cut each Puff Pastry (3) in half. Spoon the beef mixture on the edge of each half. Brush the Egg (1) over the opposite edges of the sheets.
Step 4
Roll up the sheets, and cut the rolls into 4 even pieces. Brush some of the beaten egg over the rolls, and bake in a preheated oven under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), for about 25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
