Step 1
On a fried pan over medium heat, add a little bit of oil and cook your
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (3 slices)
for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Place your
Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
on a baking tray with a non-stick baking paper. Using a knife, give a 2 centimeter indent along all the edges of the pastry sheet.
Step 3
Add the
Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto (2 Tbsp)
with in the border you made on the pastry. Brush the border bits along the edge with 1
Egg (1)
.
Step 4
Top the pastry with the bacon pieces. Bake inside the oven, at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Takeout the tart from the oven and gently Put your cracked
Eggs (4)
on your tart. Bake inside an oven for another 10 minutes.
