On a fried pan over medium heat, add a little bit of oil and cook your Bacon (3 slice) for about 3 minutes.
Place your Puff Pastry (1 sheet) on a baking tray with a non-stick baking paper. Using a knife, give a 2 centimeter indent along all the edges of the pastry sheet.
Add the Basil Pesto (2 tablespoon) with in the border you made on the pastry. Brush the border bits along the edge with 1 Egg (1).
Top the pastry with the bacon pieces. Bake inside the oven, at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
Takeout the tart from the oven and gently Put your cracked Egg (4) on your tart. Bake inside an oven for another 10 minutes.
