Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Fry the Thick-Cut Bacon (8 slice) in a frying pan until they are brown and crisp.
Inside a mug, whisk together your Egg (2), Milk (1/3 cup), and Sour Cream (1 cup).
Into a mixing bowl, sift in the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon)
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and give everything a good stir. Add the bacon into the dough and transfer it into a greased loaf tin. Bake inside preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Allow the bread to cool for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
