Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
Fry the Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 slices) in a frying pan until they are brown and crisp.
Step 3
Inside a mug, whisk together your Eggs (2) , Milk (1/3 cup) , and Sour Cream (1 cup) .
Step 4
Into a mixing bowl, sift in the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Step 5
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and give everything a good stir. Add the bacon into the dough and transfer it into a greased loaf tin. Bake inside preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Step 6
Allow the bread to cool for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
