Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (8 slices)
in a frying pan until they are brown and crisp.
Inside a mug, whisk together your
Milk (1/3 cup)
Sour Cream (1 cup)
Into a mixing bowl, sift in the
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and give everything a good stir. Add the bacon into the dough and transfer it into a greased loaf tin. Bake inside preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Allow the bread to cool for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
