In a mixing bowl, mix the Ground Lamb (1 kilogram), chopped Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove), Fresh Parsley (to taste), Ground Cumin (2 teaspoon), Ground Allspice (1 teaspoon), Lemon (1 teaspoon), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), and Egg (1).
Season the mix with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Take a tablespoon of the mix, and roll between your hands to make a mini meat ball. Flatten the ball to make a patty, and place it on a plate. Continue on with the rest of the mix.
Grease a frying pan with a Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste), and heat it over medium heat. Cook the kaftas in batches for about five minutes on each side.
