To prepare your glasses, rim the outside of the glasses with a slice of Lime (2 slice). Pour some kosher salt on a plate and press the rim of a glass into the salt to rim the edge and put in the fridge for later use.
Puree Pineapple (250 gram) and strain.
Blend Red Apple (2) together with about 50ml of the Cranberry Juice (150 milliliter), then strain and mix with the 100ml remaining cranberry juice.
Take out the frosted glasses from the fridge and fill 3-4 ice cubes into it.
Add Dark Rum (2 tablespoon) into pineapple juice, stir well and pour equally into the glasses and top up with balanced red apple juice, then serve.
