Step 1
Clean
Pumpkins (3 cups)
and deseed. Cut to wedges and steam pumpkin with skin on for about 15 minutes or till pumpkin becomes soft.
Step 2
Remove pumpkin flesh from skin with a spoon. Blend pumpkin until smooth.
Step 3
Combine blended pumpkin,
Yakult (3/4 cup)
, the juice from
Lemon (1)
and
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
together in a pot. Stir well and bring to boil. Lower heat and keep stirring the pumpkin mixture for about 20-25 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Pour jam into clean jar and allow to cool completely before putting it in the fridge. Serve and enjoy!
