Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place fruits, Lemon Juice (1/2 Tbsp) , Water (2/3 cup) and Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Place Yogurt (3/4 cup) , Lemon Juice (1/2 Tbsp) , Water (3 Tbsp) and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) in a cup or bowl and whisk till sugar dissolves and combined.
Step 3
Pour alternate layers of the blueberry and blueberry yogurt into popsicle moulds, allowing each layer to freeze for 30 minutes or partially frozen before adding the next layer.
Step 4
Once all the layers are added, insert skewer sticks in the center. Freeze the popsicles for at least few hours or overnight before serving.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
