I’ve been playing around with this strawberry chocolate muffins recipe for a bit. Strawberries can be tricky because they can make the muffins too moist. But I finally figured it out!

Large  Bananas , overripe
1/4 cup
Chia Seeds

chopped and dried out for 6 hours
to taste
Chocolate Syrup
or Dark Chocolate Syrup

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease a muffin pan.
Step 2
Mash Banana (2) then add in whites of the Egg (3) and water. Whip together.
Step 3
Slowly add in Banana Bread Mix (1). Then add in Chia Seeds (4 tablespoon). Fold In Fresh Strawberry (10).
Step 4
Fill each muffin cup 3/4 of the way. Place in the oven and bake for 22-27 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
Step 5
Let cool and drizzle with Chocolate Syrup (to taste). Garnish with additional strawberries if desired. Enjoy!
