Put Fresh Parsley (2 cup), Fresh Cilantro (1 cup) diced Onion (1) in a bowl. Add Lemon (1) and Olive Oil (1/2 cup).
Mash Cumin Seeds (1 teaspoon) and Whole Coriander Seeds (1 teaspoon) in another bowl. Add them to the first bowl along with Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and dry Fresh Mint (1/2 teaspoon).
Add Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon) and Salt (1 tablespoon). Mix well.
Prepare Lean Beef Stew Meat (3 pound). Cut it into small chunks.
Put the meat in the vegetable bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
Take the meat from the refrigerator. Put the meat pieces on the skewers.
Brush the grill with an Onion (1/2) to add some taste.
Place the skewers on the working grill. Occasionally rotate them to let the meat cook from all sides.
When the meat is cooked, move it to the pan and serve.
