Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, add
Raw Almonds (3 cups)
Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Ground Cardamom (1 tsp)
Ground Ginger (1 tsp)
Ground Cloves (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix to coat well.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled, spread almonds in a single layer. It’s ok if they’re touching each other.
Bake on center rake for 20 – 22 minutes, shuffling the almonds around once after 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with a few pinches of
Mineral Salt (to taste)
and let cool to harden. They may clump together a bit while cooling but will easily come apart.
Store in airtight container for up to a month. Enjoy!
