Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
On a baking sheet, toss the Cherry Tomato (4 cup), Garlic (6 clove), Fresh Thyme (6 sprig) with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Step 3
Place Sourdough Bread (5 slice) slices alongside the tomatoes, allowing to soak up the excess olive oil.
Step 4
Roast until the tomatoes are beginning to burst and bread is toasted, approximately 30 minutes.
Step 5
Spread Ricotta Cheese (1 cup) on toasted sourdough and top with tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Serve and enjoy!
