Step 1
Run your
Potatoes (6 2/3 cups)
through a cheese grater. Remove the excess liquid and transfer into a separate bowl.
Step 2
Into the mixing bowl, mix together
All-Purpose Flour (2 Tbsp)

Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

Egg (1)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 3
Divide the potato mix into small patties. Cook inside a frying pan with some oil, for about 2 minutes each side.
Step 4
After cooking all the patties, Bake inside an oven 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
