Run your Potato (1 kilogram) through a cheese grater. Remove the excess liquid and transfer into a separate bowl.
Into the mixing bowl, mix together All-Purpose Flour (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Egg (1).
Divide the potato mix into small patties. Cook inside a frying pan with some oil, for about 2 minutes each side.
After cooking all the patties, Bake inside an oven 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) for about 10 minutes.
