Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
2.
Melt the Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp).
3.
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (as needed) and Salt (as needed) together.

In a separate bowl, mix together Milk (1/2 cup), Dark Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Egg (1), melted unsalted butter and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
5.
Pour flour mixture into milk mixture and mix until incorporated.
6.
Grease donut pan and fill 2/3 full, and bake for 13 minutes.
7.
Let cool for a minute in pan and then turn out onto a wire rack. Dip into Chocolate Icing (to taste) and Sprinkles (to taste).
