Step 1
In a large container or glass add your
Grapefruit (1)
,
Lime (1)
, and
Orange (1)
. Be sure to save extra slices for garnishing. Mix in muddled
Fresh Herbs (to taste)
, if desired.
Step 2
Add the
White Mezcal (4 fl oz)
and then stir in
Honey (1/4 cup)
. Adjust to taste.
Step 3
Take the sliced/cut lime or lemon wedge and moisten the rim with it. Then dip each glass in the
Coarse Salt (to taste)
(if desired) and add a touch of
Ice (as needed)
. Ice is optional but not needed.
Step 4
Next, pour the mezcal citrus juice blend evenly into glasses.
Step 5
Top each glass with
Kombucha (12 fl oz)
.
Step 6
If you want extra fizz and have run out of kombucha add
Club Soda (4 oz)
into each glass.
Step 7
Garnish with sliced citrus and
Fresh Mint (to taste)
