Egg in the Basket is a childhood favourite of mine. A slice of bread with a hole cut out of the centre is gently fried until golden. Finally, the hole is filled with a beautiful, freshly cracked egg.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Using a cookie cutter, cut a hole at the center of the Bread (1 slice). Crack the Egg (1) into a cup.
2.
After greasing a frying pan with some Oil (as needed), fry the bread until it is golden and brown. Pour the egg into the center, and leave it to cook for a few minutes, flipping to cook the egg evenly
3.
Serve while still warm and enjoy!
