Stinky Tofu Century Egg Meatballs with Kaya Coconut Jam
Today recipe is a fusion dish, which brings to your table unconventional meatballs made with ground pork, cheese, stinky tofu, and century egg! The melted mozzarella and curry powder will mild up the flavor of the stinky tofu while the century egg will give your meatballs a very special texture. All served with 2 dipping sauces made using all-natural coconut jam.

Cooking Instructions

To make the meatballs, chop Stinky Tofu (5.5 oz) and Century Egg (1) into small cubes.

Combine with the 95/5 Lean Ground Pork (10.5 oz), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp).

Then using your hands, roll up the mixture into balls and coat them into Tapioca Starch (1/2 cup). This makes them very crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Fry the meatballs in hot Vegetable Oil (as needed).

Next, place them on kitchen paper to absorb the extra oil and dust them with Curry Powder (1 Tbsp)!

For the dipping sauce, in a bowl combine Coconut Jam (4 Tbsp), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp), Soy Sauce (1 tsp), and Fresh Cilantro (1 tsp).
7.
In another bowl, combine Coconut Jam (4 Tbsp), Ketchup (1/2 cup), and Chili Powder (1/2 tsp).
8.
Serve your meatballs nice and hot!
